I took off the back panel and everything inside looks great. All writing and markings very strong. Rubber on knobs not worn. You can see in the second photo The box is beat up and part of the top torn off, still has the hard styrofoam holders I hooked it up and did some testing. I hooked up a mic and did test recordings on each individual track and played back through headphones, everything sounded fine. Panning works, EQs and Trims worked, sliders are smooth. The tape mechanism runs smoothly and quietly, fast forward and reverse work fine.
All the dials turn smoothly. As far as I can see everything is working correctly.
